No Hugging, No Learning
Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 06:07PM U20 is picking up steam. We have the logo (soon to be a full banner). We've got the subscription service set up, and people are subscribing (thank you). The content schedule is up and running. The grand picture is coming together, and now that the basics are settling in their concrete, it is time to think about the cooler stuff that U20 can offer you.
I'm thinking about a webcomic. I'm considering shirts and hoodies. I'm imagining art contests, monster contests, and naming our logo contests. Occasionally I even daydream that I can fly under my own power. The point is I'm trying to pick a direction here, and I need your help. If you have any opinions, I (we) want to hear them.
I took the tortugarana for a walk to the MCB for some feedback, and the result is he's a tad better defended now. "Better defended (interrobang)" you cry. Yes! Check him out if you haven't already, and let us know how you really feel about giant, self-centered artillery-reptiles.
As a side note, some of you have asked if the mental titans here at U20 need help creating content--you know, as guest authors in Table Manners or as stand-in Crate-Fillers. Well, need is a strong word, but we both want and appreciate your submissions. Even if you don't want to design a critter yourself, feel free to send us your ideas, and if they're good we'll design them for you, and give you credit for the idea.
