Shape of... a Monster Designer!
Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 12:52PM From now on we will do our level best to feature a fan-submitted critter every Friday. If you have a critter from any game system you want to immortalize, please submit it to RPG_Ike@unnatural20.com. If we don't receive any quality entries, we'll update/modify the Monday critter for another game system and post that, or another wholly original critter instead.
If your critter's awesome but it wasn't posted the Friday after you submitted it, rest assured that we have your creation, and we will give mad props to you and your dawg(s) on an upcoming Friday.
What does this mean to you lazy subscribers out there who just read without commenting? (You know who you are.) Double the free monsters in the Weekly Critter Crate! Joy!

I like it! If I can come up with better stats and non-copyright violating name for those cyclopean parasite demons the investigators faced down in the last D20 Shadowchasers session I'll definitely submit it for the critter crate. I'll fully admit the hook and concept were "borrowed" from an old Angel episode... erm, apologies to Joss Whedon :)

Well if by "made them up" you mean, watched an episode of Angel, liked the monster concept, added a liberal splash of "creepy sauce" and baked until horrifying. Then yes... yes I did.
